Custom cabinetry and woodwork for Seminole Landing homes. Seminole Landing is a small private oceanfront enclave in North Palm Beach, Florida, adjacent to Seminole Golf Club. The home stock is estate-scale, traditional and contemporary in roughly equal measure, with the site demands of oceanfront construction shaping every material decision. Salt air, wind exposure, and humidity push cabinetry hard. We build with marine-grade plywood substrates, conversion-varnish finish systems engineered for high-humidity environments, and stainless or solid-brass hardware that holds up to the climate. Sergio Sartor Sr., our founder and creative director, sets the design direction. He works directly with the architects, designers, and builders that build on the oceanfront. Our Jupiter shop is a short drive from Seminole Landing, which keeps site visits and install coordination practical. Two generations work in the shop. Family-run, by appointment. We have completed projects throughout Seminole Landing across kitchens, primary baths, dressing rooms, libraries, bars, and full architectural packages.
