Custom bars, wet bars, and climate-controlled wine rooms for Palm Beach County homes. Designed by Sergio Sr. and built in our Jupiter shop. The same hands that draw it install it.
How we approach bars and wine rooms
A bar or wine room earns its keep through detail. Glass storage that reads as joinery, not racks. Lighting integrated into the millwork. Stone, mirror, and metal integrated so the cabinetry frames them. For wine rooms we coordinate the cooling unit, glazing, and insulation with the structural design so the cellar performs as a climate envelope, not just a finished room. Every bar we build gets dedicated speed-rail layouts, sink and ice-bin millwork around the plumbing, and finish systems that handle splash and humidity. Sergio Sr. designs the layout to the way the room is used (hosting, daily, or tasting). We coordinate plumbing, glycol cooling, and electrical with your designer or builder.

Frequently asked questions
Do you build wet bars and dry bars? +
Both. Wet bars get plumbing-coordinated millwork, sink integration, and waterproof finish systems. Dry bars are simpler. Millwork around glass storage and refrigeration with no water on site.
Can you do a climate-controlled wine cellar? +
Yes. We coordinate the cooling unit (typically CellarPro or WhisperKool), insulated glazing, and racking design with your designer or builder. The cellar envelope and cabinetry are engineered together so the climate holds.
How long does a wine room take? +
10 to 14 weeks from approved design, depending on glazing, cooling lead times, and finish complexity. Larger cellars with custom racking systems can run longer.
How is bar storage organized? +
We design to how the bar is used. Hosting bars get speed rails, glassware visible, ice and sink in the work zone. Tasting setups prioritize stemware, decanters, and bottle storage. Sergio Sr. walks through your habits at the consultation.
What finish systems do you use for wet bars? +
Conversion-varnish and waterproof lacquer systems built up in multiple coats. The same finish package we use for primary baths. It handles daily splash, condensation, and South Florida humidity.
